Shipping policy
We have recently amended our policy. As of 1st September 2026, all orders will be shipped directly from either our Auckland Warehouse in New Zealand, our Sydney Warehouse in Australia or our Warehouse in the United States.
Based on the location and spend, your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. As a general rule, the following rates will apply:
NZ: $8.50
AUS: $9.50
US/CA: $8.50
We offer free shipping for all customers who spend over $70.
Delivery Timeframe
We aim to deliver your order within 2 - 10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on where you are located. Rural delivery may be an additional 1-2 business days.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Customs and Import Duties
Please note that any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
